"Awesome staff!"

"It is a very modern hotel on the fringe of Venice but right next to a water taxi pier. We wanted something clean and modern because we expected to be in need of somethi9ng like that at the end of a tour of Italy. Everything was good, if a little inconvenient (but we new that when we booked it .. modern utilities in the heart of Venice is a very expensive exercise). Everything was good but one thing quietly bugged us was the fact that to room came with nothing. No tea or coffee or anything like...

"We would have liked more water in our room and ore variety in the breakfast. We did pay for it and it just felt really generic. There are many other things they can add like pancakes, waffles, and even authentic Italian breakfast as well."

"The staff were particularly helpful with recommendations on how to get to the hotel and the station and good restaurants. I also really appreciated that they held our luggage before check in and after check out. Would come back!"

"Great"

"Great location"

"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"Perfect location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff!!!"

"This is a beautiful little hotel on Murano Island. Very nice room. Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place"

"I really loved this cute hotel, it was conveniently located to the square and the water taxis. There were shops and restaurants all around - I would definitely recommend."

"Me encantó porque es una especie de ciudad, donde hay lavandería, supermercado, restaurante, alberca. Es un lugar seguro y muy tranquilo. Me encantó."

"Beautiful property. Restaurant provides some top shelf foods. Rooms are comfortable. Location is good if you want to get away from the hustle. They provide shuttle to the bridge but somewhat of a pain to book and return. Besides that very good spot."

"Amazing place the staff is very helpful no complaints at all I will come back no hesitation Thank you so much guys"

"Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel."
