"Our stay at the W Hotel Bogotá was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to the concierge team, bar tenders, and drivers for their professionalism. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. Overall, a great experience, I would happily stay again."

"Location was the only thing I like it. Room feels like 85 degrees, too HOT. NO FAN / NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL. Morning breakfast was OK , the waitress was very CUSTOMER SERVICE Oriented, even tho I found a long black hair in my coffee cup. I had to leave the property a day in advance, cause I encountered an “ INSECT” 🕷️ in my bed ( huge ) one. After those incidents didn’t feel comfortable."

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."
