"The room was large and spacious. The shower was excellent The receptionist (owner?) was very nice and friendly They were able to pack us a breakfast for an early start and stored our luggage The little road leading to the hotel looks a bit sad but other than that no complaints "

"The staff at the Sanctuary by Belmond were extraordinary in their efforts to make us feel at home and cared for. One of our party lost a wallet on the grounds and they made every effort to help us find it. The front desk were especially accommodating in assisting us book bus tickets and entry tickets to Machu Picchu. Thumbs up!"

"I would absolutely recommend the Rock Rivers hotel for your stay in Aguas Calientes. Sonia and Chacon were so helpful and kind. The rooms are perfect for a 1-2 night stay and the hotel is steps away from the bus that takes you to Machu Picchu. The breakfast is delicious and I can't say enough good things!"
