"Long line to check in. Room wasn’t ready till after 4pm. Wasn’t a big deal as you can take the shuttle to Universal district to shop and eat. Would definitely stay again if going to Universal Studios."

"We had a lovely stay. The room and bed were super comfortable and quiet and we like everything about our room. We enjoyed meeting the bartender Dennis who made us feel so welcome and special! He’s a great guy. I’m sure we’ll be back next time our travels bring us to Burbank."
