"We stayed here after a day at the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. Check-in was quick and painless. The motel was full and there was still adequate parking. The A/C worked well enough. There are several food options and a convenience store within an easy walk. The Beach Hut Deli on the corner makes a mighty fine sandwich, and you can even have a beer while you wait. The only ding on this motel is that the bathroom was a bit tired. The sink was down to steel in a couple of spots and please repair the stripped spline in the shower temperature control."

"it was a very good stay. the parking is tight, just be careful parking on top away from office has the betterspace. the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. i am a care giver and the person that i was taking care of was not feeling good and the office staff allowed us alittle mor time after checkout until she was ablel to travel again . walk down to the street and you are at the Boardwalk and worf for allo the great food . i am telling people to stay here i plan on going back. one thing to do is cheeck the filters in the acd unit. they ore on top by the controls they may need to be rinesed out."

"Unfortunately, when we first checked in, we found bedbugs in the bed while doing our usual bed check. We immediately notified the front desk and showed them photos. The staff was very concerned, took the situation seriously, and quickly moved us to a different room far away from the original one. Our new room was very clean, and we had no further issues during our stay. The hotel was extremely accommodating and waived our parking fees and provided us with breakfast, which we really appreciated. Despite the rough start, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. We also had great service at the hotel bar and restaurant. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service and being repaired during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. However, the pool was amazing and heated, which we really enjoyed! Finding bedbugs was obviously concerning, but I really appreciated how seriously and professionally the staff handled the situation. Their customer service made a big difference in our overall experience."
