"Very friendly staff, great location, good idea to purchase the boardwalk wrist band from the hotel. Small breakfast space but good selection to fill your tummy. IT's a bit dated as a hotel but very reasonable and clean for the price."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the place is conveniently across the street from the SC Beach boardwalk, arcades, sandy beach volleyball play area, many wharf restaurants just a half block away and very close to other extended beach towns, like Capitola. The pool area is small and could've been a bit warmer, but it was adequate for enjoyable swimming of the younger toddlers. The beds were very comfortable, and the property and room cleanliness was exceptional! We enjoyed the in and out parking privileges and enjoyed Roaring Camp train ride only 15 minutes away. One area of improvement would be to offer a bit more food options from the Cafe. We will visit again."

"The location and view of the third street beach house are amazing! We lived out on the deck, and the house was very well outfitted with everything we needed. Especially outfitted with all the beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards and bikes.We would rent again!"
