"We stayed for 5 days. Great staff and service. Specially from Mariano and Francesca. The private beach is perfect to relax. From this location we visited many places in Sicilia doing day trips. The view is stunning and very nice to have breakfast with this view. "

"Cannot say enough good things about this property and the property manager who worked with us, Marcello. The house is so lovely with such gorgeous views of the water and surrounding hills that you almost don’t want to leave to visit other sights! Marcello went beyond helpfulness … warm and welcoming and helped us with an issue we encountered that had nothing to do with the VRBO and our stay there. Linens on beds were beautiful, lovely and thoughtful decor inside, including cactus plants. Kitchen had everything, including espresso pods and an espresso machine. Complimentary pastries and wine and large bottles of water (still and frizzante). Indeed, we did spend some of our 11 days there just enjoying the tranquility and views from the house. Recommend very highly. Need a car to get around but can use train to Palermo and everything is easily reached by car (we went as far east as Siracusa). Would LOVE to stay here again."

"We left this property a week early due to serious maintenance and safety issues. The pool was unusable for three days on arrival (low water, broken skimmer, repairs underway). The lower-level toilet was cracked, removed on Aug 22, and not replaced until Sept 4. Showers leaked, electrical outlets were exposed, ceiling lights flickered, and mold was present in the bathrooms and exterior.We also dealt with ants, mosquitoes from overgrown landscaping, rust dripping from AC units, and unusable cookware/appliances (some replaced during our stay). Furniture was dirty, and discarded appliances were left in the yard. Maintenance workers were constantly in and around the home, making it stressful and unsuitable for a vacation.I documented everything with 46 photos which some are attached (only allowable amount) The same issues were raised in a previous review, which proves these problems were not isolated. Guests should be aware this home was not properly prepared or maintained before our arrival.The host is very dishonest with her statements on the seriousness of the property. Instead of taking responsibility for the conditions she blames the guest for the maintenance problems that should have been addressed prior to renting."

"An excellent stay during our few days in the Palermo area. Quick commute into the touristy city-center, Free parking onsite, Wonderful pool and PRIVATE beach (hotel also lent us towels as we were traveling light), beautiful sunsets and restaurant to end our days, the staff were very welcoming and helpful (thank you for directing us to FREE parking in the city!), the breakfast was delicious and plentiful (Grazie Ale for soy milk cappuccinos!). It was a haven during our 10 days traveling around Sicily. "
