"The stay itself was good, however, open check in I was given the wrong room. I reserved a suite with a double sofa bed, but was given a suite only, no extra sofa bed. When sharing this with the front desk, she indicated that my reservation (which they said was through expedia but I shared it was through hotels.com) only said I reserved a suite. I showed her my receipt, she said she can give me a room with 2 double beds, and I asked that I receive what I paid for. She was able to then give me the...
