The apartment is very good and has a great balcony with sea view. The hotel food is good and have different restaurants options. Access to the beach is easy. Friendly staff and good service, especially the security personnel at the beach. Will go back on my next travel.

The breakfast is totally worth it. It has lots of options and the food is fresh and delicious. The rooms are spacious very comfortable and super clean. All staff are super friendly. There is security everywhere on the property ensuring all guests are safe. I recommend this property hands down. I am looking forward to returning with my granddaughter and my family. I traveled with my husband only and we wished we could have stayed longer. The food is excellent quality we ate at all the restaurants within the property. All restaurants had an excellent menu and super affordable. You can use all the amenities from the different towers. The beach is beautiful and super clean. There are tons of lounge chairs and canopies. The entertainment team works hard to make guest feel comfortable. My next trip I will not do any tours I am just planning on staying at the resort to enjoy longer. Also the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. This was excellent. The resort is within walking distance to a small shopping center and a super market. Looooved irotama resort.

It’s always my favourite place, the beach and swimming pools are great, the room has washing machine and kitchen which makes it very convenient, this time we were offered a wrong and bad location, we were not offered the special treatment mentioned by Expedia! It felt really safe to be in the hotel. Security guards were very aware and asked questions to make sure that guests were going into the right taxi and only guests were going into the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be coming here for my next time in Santa Marta.

Nice sea view room, location, facilities, and breakfast. Lunch and dinner not so good. Repetitive menu and not very fresh food. Good pizza and fresh juices. The worst part was 2 very loud corporate events on 2 of our 4 nights there till early morning. Great disrespect for the guests’ rest. (It was low season so hotel not full)

Exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and attentive. Property was clean and well maintained. The beach was the best. We felt very comfortable leaving belongings in the chairs while in the water. Very good food in all the restaurants we tried. This has been one of the best resorts we visited in the Caribbean.
