We’ve renovated this space with every detail in mind to make your stay unforgettable.
The building, with just a few apartments and an elevator, ensures a quiet and private atmosphere, even during peak season.

Enjoy the convenience of having everything at your fingertips: supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, and pharmacies are just a few steps away. Plus, the public transportation stop is right across the street.

We’ve set it up so that 5 people (including children).
It features air conditioning and an additional fan (in the living area), and you’ll also enjoy beautiful partial views of the ocean and mountains.

🛏 SOUNDPROOFED BEDROOM:
-You’ll enjoy a queen-size bed with a luxury mattress and ergonomic pillows, with a semi-double trundle bed extending from the bottom (available depending on the number of guests).
-You’ll have access to our 40" Smart TV, which includes a free Netflix account and a basic selection of local and international channels.
-You’ll sleep soundly thanks to our soundproof European-style windows

🛋 LIVING AREA: Our modern and comfortable 3-seater sofa bed converts to a double bed when extended

🚿 BATHROOMS: We have two full bathrooms with showers (hot water) and basic amenities, which is a plus if you’re traveling with family or friends.

🍳 KITCHEN: It’s equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and you’ll be using appliances that are practically brand new!

🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM: We have a small laundry room available where you can use the washing machine, do your laundry, hang your clothes to dry, and iron them.

🅿️ PARKING: If needed, the apartment includes a free private parking space inside the building.

PLEASE NOTE THAT... Bedding, towels, and amenities will be provided based on the number of guests.
If you would like an additional set of bedding or more towels, you can request them for an extra charge.

The building features a pool, terrace, gym, pharmacy, ATM, and 24-hour security.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️
* Upon entering the building, you must pay COP $20.000 per person (ages 8 and up) for access wristbands and use of the facilities. This fee must be paid in cash or by scanning a Bancolombia QR code and is not included in the reservation price.

* The building does NOT allow visitors. Only those listed on the reservation will be allowed entry at check-in.

* To complete the registration and reporting required by Colombian authorities (in compliance with data protection laws), a photo of each guest’s ID (including children) will be requested a few days before the reservation start date.

* Minors may only enter the apartment when accompanied by at least one parent.

* If you have a service animal or emotional support animal, we ask that you find alternative accommodations, as we have allergies and, due to medical recommendations, we are unable to accommodate you.

*Swim caps are required for entry into the pool. If you do not have one, you can purchase one at the front desk for $8.000

*The pool will be closed on Tuesdays for cleaning and maintenance.
