"Clean room and nice staff. Very nice breakfast. Great pool area. On the negative side was that the aircondition couldn’t fully chill the room more than acceptable (the stay was during a warm period with outside temperatures of 34 degrees C). Also the minibar/fridge didn’t chill the beverage so much."

"This is our second year and we have loved it again! Such a great location for the beach and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for our family of 4 and it’s great having a fridge and separate bedroom. The pool is fab and the entertainment team are fantastic! We’ve had the best week again and will be back again next year, thank you :) And what a bonus to see a total eclipse in Santa Ponca!!!"

"Great location, right on the beach and bay of SP.No noise from the bars at the back - only on world cup night/next morning.The pool area is beautiful, you cannot lie on the grass and therefore the apartment could do with sunbeds as I had to borrow and buy my own. It' unusual for private rentals not to provide for by the pool. The pool and gardens are maintained daily with the exception of weekend.The apartment itself i was clean and comfortable. It could have more clothes hangers for the amount of people it sleeps.There was a bit of clutter on the balcony as no storage and some maintenance needed however, this was a very nice apartment and excellent location."

"This was a nice hotel right across from the beach. The staff was nice. It is situated in a very touristy area. There are stores, nail shops, restaurants all around. If you don’t plan on leaving the area you won’t need a car. If you plan on bringing a car there is parking on the side street of the hotel and in the parking lot behind the McDonald’s. But I will warn you it can new hard to find a parking space especially on the weekends."

"Very clean . Staff friendly . Breakfast good. My only concern was there was no depth signs around the pool and also no hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. Signs saying no vaping or smoking around the pool - smoking area near the pool but those who vape were ignoring the sign. One guy even vaping whilst in the pool - needs to monitored ."
