"We had an excellent stay having been delayed and the 24hour reception available here really helps. Having no lift is an issue but the guy on reception took our cases to our room … and the manager Georgina arranged for them to be collected when we left. The place is spotless with everyday service. You have to go prepared with a multiple adaptor plug as sockets are at a premium. The aircon is good and the shower acceptable. Breakfast is plentiful and there was a good choice of fruit. As is often the case in Spain 🇪🇸 the bacon was underdone. 8/10 though . The pool area is 5* and the bar service there to 6pm excellent. Recent price reviews give you very realistic drink rates and we could always get a sun bed. Towels are free although a €10 deposit per person is required. The manager Georgina is a very positive person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Landed late and arrived at the hotel around 1am. We were welcomed by a night receptionist called Nick. We were really tired so Nick managed to check us in no time and while doing it he explained about all hotel facilities, the things to do in the area in detail, literally everything that we wanted to know. Once checked in, without even asking he helped us with the luggage and came with us all the way to the room to make sure everything was ok. Hats off to Nick for the great welcoming and all the help from him! 5 star service! Our stay at the hotel was great! Nice and quiet place, really clean and organised. Housekeeping lady Elena was also looking after the guests really well ensuring everything was spotless clean. I was surprised when I went to our room after breakfast and found all my t-shirts that were all over the room neatly folded neatly. 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was as you would expect for a 3/4 star hotel, variety of food and desserts. Couldn't complaint at all. Swimming pool was really clean and looked after. During the day there is a bar so food and drinks were not missed. Location is great, 3-4 min walk and you are the beach which is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Front office staff during the day was polite, but they didn't speak much English which wasn't great as it was a bit difficult to communicate. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area in general! "

"We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic! Snorkeling with the fish and sailing the sea! My children made some lovely friends and bought some beautiful clothes from the local shops. All in all, a wonderful family holiday we will treasure"

"The wow factor of the property is the view. The view is enhanced by the comfort of the apartment. The double bed is very comfy and waking up to the view and watching all the activity on the water is better than the tv… although having U.K. channels was a bonus. I would advise taking binoculars so you can see all that is going on from the balcony. We had a car and it was easy to park and there was easy access to the motorways. A really good stay."
