"Friendly staff, very nice service, clean room, different fresh made breakfast every day. Hotel itself was very good and worth the stay even though it was in a bit of outskirt of the main town. For VIP access we meant to receive free airport transfer and room upgrade if available but didn’t receive it. Hotels.com displayed incorrect information and the hotel itself couldn’t assist with that. "

"The hotel was amazing. The rooms are super clean, the staff were beyond helpful, and the breakfast was second to none. It was also a very quiet hotel right off the main street. It was about a 100-meter walk from the docks where you arrive on the island. The hotel was extremely reasonably priced. Additionally, the laundry service's turnaround time was excellent! Thanks! "

"We loved our stay there, near many attractions that you can easily walk to or take the taxi for ~$2 dollars to the Darwin Research Station/Pier or more if further away, staff were friendly & accommodating. Breakfasts was delicious & our rooms were newly renovated (you can ask if are available). We love that they have a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, spa, water dispensers, outdoor tables for gathering/reading/dining & ice available upon requests. Unforgettable journeys & escape home in Galapagos!! We definitely recommend & would love to return if extra blessings permits. "
