Located in the historic McDonald District, The Carriage House is the original carriage house to this McDonald Avenue home. Tree-lined streets, historic homes, and great walkability make the McDonald area one of the most-desired neighborhoods in Santa Rosa. Close to downtown it's easy to get to breweries, restaurants, wineries, shops and the downtown plaza. Perfectly located in the center of the wine country, wineries are minutes away. Permit number SVR21–090.
