"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "I was very nicely surprised 😊 starting from checking in. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday, air condition worked perfectly. "Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again! "

"The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning! "
