"The host was amazing and couldn't have been more hospitable. The hotel was fairly quiet despite being near to bars. Pool was nice but got very little sun so not great for sunbathing. 2 beaches within 5 minute walk. Room was basic but clean."

"Very beautiful hotel, the ocean view room looking into Cala Santanyi was amazing. The guy working the front desk is also super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and seemed fluent in multiple languages including English. Rooms were just as advertised as well. Parking is cheap but it’s also very easy to park for free on the street above the hotel and take a 2 minute walk down. The only negative was that the dining options around the hotel are mostly terrible food and overpriced, however...

"My stay was amazing, barring a misunderstanding when I arrived. The property was perfect and right on the beach, pools were great and the entertainment fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants and a short 10 minute walk into Cala D’Or central. Definitely recommend. "

"Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"Very nice hotel. Access to the two cala’s is superb. Many outdoor options available throughout the resort. The room was very clean but outdated. I believe they have started renovations of the rooms as the one we had did not reflect the pictures at the time of booking. My only criticism is although it’s a family resort, I booked it anyways as the property description indicated there were family and adult only separate pools. "The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. "The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we did like the stay at Hostal San Francisco and would recommend for the price."
