My husband and I went to Peru for our honeymoon and booked this hotel for our 5 days in Cusco. It was spotlessly clean, quite beautiful, and very close to everything we wanted to do and see in Cusco. The staff spoke English and Spanish and were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They did many little thoughtful things to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, including putting hot water bottles at the foot of our bed so our feet were warm when we went to sleep. Cusco likes visitors and this hotel mirrors the same disposition. The staff is available and helpful. The beds might be somewhat soft, some water might trickle out of the shower, but at this price range, given the overall service provided, it shouldn't bother you. Absolutely amazing! 10 Stars the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and took real good care of us and her other guests. Absolutely would recommend great for couples or groups!

Clean room, great location 5 mins walk to main square, staff is friendly. We stay there for one night and go to Machu Picchu town the next day, and come back to stay for another 3 nights. They allow us to put our luggage for the day we didn’t stay. The wall is thin we can hear the room besides us showering and using hair dryer.

It was excellent. We got a very comfortable apartment with a kitchenette, chimney, food, hot water showers, cable tv, strong wifi, and plenty of beds to accommodate the entire family.

My charger kept falling off the wall and there is only one charger option in the room. It was borderline cold water for the showers. Excellent customer service though

We had a great time at Kaaro House. The staff were kind and helpful with the few requests we had. I would 100% stay there again.

My husband, kids, and I stayed here three different times while in Cusco, including before and after an amazon trip and before and after a visit to Machu Picchu. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was well kept, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was great for activities in the main square, celebrating Inti Raymi, and everything else we wanted to do. Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~
