"Clean and new place to stay, perfect location, walking distance to malls, metro stations and main highway"

"The hotel is in a great location, the bed is comfy, the WiFi works, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the breakfast was decent, check-in was easy. And they held my bags for me after checkout so I could go explore before my flight in the evening."

"Great room "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is ideal. The Lastarria area has a lot of charm. I would definitely stay at the Lastarria Hotel again if I am in Santiago."

"Good accommodation, quiet location, easy access. "

"Nice building in a very quiet area, very close to the Metro. The room was nice and clean with a small but functional kitchen. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for us."

"good comfortable stay"

"Nice location, nice room, spacious and clean, good price, helpful staff, parking, ..."

"Focused on pleasant, friendly service!"

"Hotel is located in a quiet area of Providencia and is gated for security. (This is normal in Santiago.) We stayed at a time when there was much social unrest and the staff were very helpful in advising us of where to go and where and what to avoid. Most of the the other guests were couples like us. Atmosphere is relaxed. The apartments are comfortable. We had a one bedroom apartment with lounge, although oddly, to us at any rate, the tv was in the bedroom. Staff are happy and made us feel...

"O Anfitrião muito gente boa simpático e prestativo !"

"Decent place in an exceptional location! Highly recommend, as it is very walkable to a ton of great stuff!"

"Basico, bien."

"My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building."
