"Really friendly staff, wonderful welcome from Joanna and Felipe on reception and so helpful with recommendations of where to eat etc. Hotel literally 5 min walk from metro which is so easy to use and approx 20 min walk down to the waterside area. Self service buffet breakfast, all freshly cooked and well presented. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We had a bit of a challenging start to the stay, but the staff were extremely helpful in resolving the problem and ensuring that our stay was excellent. The room was very nice and although we did not have dinner in the hotel, the room service order was delicious. Breakfasts were great and we had wonderful service each morning from Maria each morning. The hotel is well located and walkable to the historic sector of Lisbon. I would recommend the Tivoli Avenida to anyone staying in central Lisbon. Thanks to the hotel again for a wonderful stay."
