"The hotel is very good, excellent swimming pool and very near to the sea…. Comfortable bed, nice shower and a good breakfast, but it looks like they forgot to add a bar when designing the hotel! The bar was a little shack manned by too many staff that stuck to their job only. When the “man who only grilled food” appeared at the till… his arms went up not my job. When the ‘till guy” took 5 or 6 orders at a time, he didn’t help the “drinks person" and then we had to wait for the “serving person”. One last thing, when we ordered bottle of wine we didn’t expect it to be already opened! When we complained at the time, we were told that was the wine measure. Not impressed."

"We loved our stay with Luna Rooms. The restaurant was fabulous and the owners are friendly and accommodating. A fabulous espresso machine is available 24/7! Great breakfast!"

"Wonderful spacious place to stay - both my adult kids could have their own bedroom & bathroom and the privacy they need, but then a great big kitchen and lounge to congregate in and ultimately spill out onto the vast patio with gorgeous views out across the surrounding countryside and out to sea. And after lounging in the sun all day a wonderful pool to have a dip and cool down in. Can even see the snow capped Alps in the distance on a clear day - and with the handily supplied binoculars too! Surrounded by vines, olive trees and Rosemary hedges, with lots of wildlife to spot. Folks were on hand to aid with any questions and the odd request we had when needed.Vrbo's location is not quite right though and it's a bit further out of town than I'd realised. As others have said the drive to it is challenging and unfortunately gets very thin and with few passing places. Thankfully it doesn't get used much and I was glad to say I never met anyone coming the other way - mind you, we did spot a wild boar (cinghiale) on the way back late on night! We had a great time there.... very enjoyable. Dave."

"Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!"
