Highly recommend for some great R&R. Stand outs - Yopi, Lilly, Putu, Tara and team. Suksma."

"The property itself was gorgeous and clean and we loved how accessible the beach and eateries were from our place. Made was the perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the wash and fold laundry service and the water dispenser in the villa. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Made and team for making our stay memorable and for the lovely breakfast offerings. We do hope to come back...

"3rd stay at Akana and it's great that the hotel has actually got better. Breakfast now has more options and a buffet area of cereal, toast and pastries. Proper coffee is also free flowing. Rooms still in VGC. Staff still very friendly and helpful. Great area to stay with heaps of good restaurants close by."

"We stayed one night as leaving for Gilli T from the nearby harbour in the morning. The property was lovely. The room extremely large. A little tired inside, however, cool air con and comfortable bed. Pool area nice. Walkable to excellent dining options and one small block to the beach, which is very swimable at high tide. "

"We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. "

"The staff were very lovely and friendly. Cooked breakfast before heading out was good. Location was quiet with a gelato place very close down the street. Grand Lucky supermarket nearby for your everyday groceries and drinks. Mini fridges may make a good addition to the rooms though the communal fridge worked okay for us as no others used it whilst we were there for 5 nights"

"Pool staff need training. Used plates and glasses not collected all day. They should walk around to take orders, not all hang around behind bar. We had to go up to them to order. This applies to both pools."
