"É um ótimo hotel. A localização é excelente e a praia fica a apenas duas quadras de distância. Há um pequeno incômodo em ter que enviar o documento de identidade online antes da reserva, mas, tirando isso, fiquei muito satisfeito(a). "I reserved a room at this property for two nights based on its high customer rating and property descriptions. We arrived at the property around 9pm. The first thing we noticed was tiny black flies everywhere in the room. The bathroom is very small and the sink was leaking water beneath it. The shower water was small in volume. "Very beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The restaurant was very good and the quality of the food superb. The rooftop pool bar was also really nice to relax at for a few hours. My only gripe would be that it would be nice to have bedside lamps and complimentary tea/coffee in the room but otherwise an excellent hotel. "

"The hotel was great,breakfast and room.People complaining about little things only reflect on how annoying they are.No place is like home.And if you’re not moving in please be considerate.The cleaning ladies are amazing and helpful.Front desk takes care of everything you ask for.So please if you want a perfect place to stay..do yourself a favor and stay at your home. "We stayed at the Fairmont for 4 nights. The location between Copacabana and Ipenema beach is fantastic. Our room had a view onto the sugarloaf and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people on the beach and in the water. We only had one dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. But most importantly, the staff were always helpful and nice. I highly recommend this hotel."
