"Clean and comfortable room in a good location. Nice pillows and linens. The thin spring-style mattresses in the twin room seem due to be updated. The hotel itself was very quiet for a Saturday night however a building or car alarm in a nearby street sounded all night long. Odd that police or security could not have put an end to it for the benefit of guests in this hotel, the nearby hotel and really the entire neighbourhood. "

"This was our second time staying at Casa Do Campo de Sao Francisco. We arrive early, but our room wasn't ready. Felix dis allow us to have breakfast and store our luggage. The room that I booked, wasn't the room that we stayed in, not sure why my room was changed. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaints are that there was a humming noise every evening thru out the night until the morning. The last night we could hear running water. I wish that visitors who stay at your facility, could learn how to close the front door, without letting it slam. Very annoying when your trying to sleep. "

"The service at this hotel was incredible, the staff was soo nice !!! The hotel and it's grounds were gorgeous as well. If I had to say something to make this hotel even more perfect, heat the pool haha I would definitely come back and recommend this property to anyone traveling to San Miguel "
