"Fernando's apartment was centrally located and we couldn't have asked for a better location. So many restaurants and bars to choose from right below us. Fernando greeted us with some snacks and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. He went out of his way to help us when my husband hurt his back. "Everything in the apartment from the crockery, to towels, to finishing was of a 5 star hotel standard. The small touches like bathrobes, slippers, more than enough coffee pods etc were really welcome. For a family with teenagers the mezzanine TV area was perfect for them to have their own space. We had driven our rental car into the heart of Porto (not recommended!), and because of the subway construction, many roads are blocked and we couldn't find the best way to apartment. "Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6 nights, otherwise I enjoyed my stay."
