"My sister and I, two 70+ y/o US travelers found The Rock to be a well located, clean, and quiet guest house. Rebeca was easy to contact and very helpful. Staff member Grace was delightful. Breakfast each day was quite good. We would certainly recommend The Rock to others."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Atlantic Home Azores. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of Ponta Delgada and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, the waterfront and the main sights. We also really appreciated the amenities, especially the well-equipped common kitchen, which was clean, organized and very convenient. Very central and everything you need is within walking distance. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they're visiting S.miguel. Next time I'm visiting the island I will definitely...

However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...
