The room is awesome. What I like most is the separate toilet and shower area. It is also spacious for a family of four! The location is very strategic and we have enjoyed our 6 nights stay there.

We like this hotel. It was a convenient location and rooms were clean and beds comfy. There’s a lounge with free coffee, which is nice , and the breakfast buffet (while pricey) is delicious.

We travelled with two kids so it was nice to have four beds. The location is very convenient, couple of minutes walk from the station. Breakfast area is small and can get crowded at peak times but they will offer you to go eat at their west location. Overall, a good experience and we would love to stay here again!

The room is very clean, little small for 4 adults with 4 beds. The hotel has a small onsen, it gets very busy at night, but good enough to relax after a long day. Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Sapporo station.

I was really impressed by Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is good too, only a short walk from Sapporo Station.

The location of this hotel is great. It is about 8 mins walk to Sapporo JR station and restaurants and shops. We stayed in a 3 persons room and each has a twin bed and are comfortable. The room feels small, a little old and the brown carpet is worn out and looks dirty.

The hotel feels super new as it was freshly renovated, and everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. We booked the 36m² room and it felt extremely spacious for the two of us, especially by Japan standards. The layout was comfortable and we were very happy with the room overall. Check-in was slightly bumpy at first because we wanted to change the room type from the sofa bed configuration to a twin room with sofa, but the staff handled it professionally and were very helpful throughout the stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — within about 500m of JR Sapporo Station, which made day trips really easy. Daimaru is also nearby for shopping and food. It’s a bit more of a walk to Nijo Market and the main shopping district, but still manageable. One thing that really stood out was the service. The staff were extremely helpful when we needed to arrange luggage courier service to Hakodate, which made the rest of our Hokkaido trip much smoother. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay in Sapporo, and I would gladly stay here again.

The room is clean in general except that I saw some dust particles on the bed headbord. Other than that I couldn't say anything negative about our stay in this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to convenient stores, JR Station, and some restaurants. I wish their guest lounge is a little bit more spacious than what it is. :)
