"The responsiveness of the management team was very good; used WhatsApp; no language barrier issue. Rental needs significant TLC. It is very worn. "This was a pleasant apartment. Unfortunately the beds (3, I tried them all) were very uncomfortable. I did forward this feedback to the rental company, maybe this has been improved. We stayed 4 nights and the first night was VERY unpleasant due to loud, fighting people in the next suite: lasted hours and kept us all awake. The rental company did evict these renters and were apologetic about the situation, but I offer any any compensation. "we're sorry, it was just bad luck"."

"Overall, a great stay. Rooms were upstairs which made having luggage upstairs very tough via only a spiral staircase. Comfortable stay though. The location was fantastic- easy walk (1.5 miles) to basically everywhere. WiFi worked well contrary to what I heard. "

"Property is about twenty minutes by cab to tourist destinations. Some nice eating and drinking places around property visited by locals. Bathroom toilet didn’t work and we were not able to get it fixed even though we stayed for three nights. Also, the sliding door to patio was very very difficult to open as if it hadn’t been opened for a while. After opening and closing numerous times, it worked fine. "

"Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late.
