"Expedia was no help to me when my flight was cancelled. I bought travel insurance but they were no help. My honest suggestion would be to just go directly to the resort and inquire with them. I really enjoyed my stay, it was mine and my companions birthday. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing and the inclusive package was exactly what you could imagine. The amenities were all I needed and I only left the resort after the bars closed. I have no complaints other than Expedia customer service and the lack of attention to my insurance claim. Unfortunately I lost a day of my vacation due to annoying airport security and conditions out of my control. Don't make my mistake and put faith in an app and insurance company that doesn't insure. But by all means enjoy the Divi experience. "

The employees were very friendly and helpful I really loved staying at the Riu in Aruba , this was my first time in Aruba staying at the Riu palace I stayed for 9 days , I did 4 excursions I had the time of my life . Can't wait to come back . Just bring sunscreen "

"I booked ocean view room up on arrival we got island view been told no room available only tomorrow , few days had broken lock with malfunction of key on the way back at check out front desk messed my stay with previous guest and tried to put international phone bill on us .
