This Hotel went FAR beyond expectations- The sauna /spa is extraordinary- a real treat. If you’re driving into the hotel make sure you follow the entrance instructions. The restaurant and bar are “petite” and positively delightful. Can we give a 6th star????

The rooms were clean, the towels soft, soap smells great. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the snow and 4 different lifts. The ski room has lockers for each room with 4 boot driers in each. The spa was very good after skiing, with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Staff is super friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.

I have never really written reviews for properties on Expedia previously. This is the first one. I stayed in this place in Aug 2022 while on TMB. The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.
