"Amazing for price"

"Lovely hotel shabby chicbut you don’t worry about as pets are allowed ! Staff lovely and Tea & coffee etc free 24/7 plus free cake at 3pm ish… close to everything and a great view if your on a sea view room. Huge family rooms bathrooms are a little small but still OK would defo go back 9/10 ! Bad bit iPads for check in don’t work loose them not needed staff are much nice reception ! "

"Cheap, quiet and clean with helpful staff. Building was once a beautiful gothic victorian spa and has a lots of original features. Sadly the the building and decor have seen better days, but what can be expected at such a lot cost?"

"Clean and comfy room, we slept wonderfully well! Nice hot shower, plenty of towels and a kettle in the room. We enjoyed walking to Scarborough Castle, St. Mary’s church and around the Pier from this location. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"Great location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return."

"Hotel rooms were, perhaps, typical of an older hotel, decorations a bit tired - as were carpets - but adequate. Our first room had a large stain on the bathroom ceiling which the staff identified and arranged our move to a bigger and better room. This really impressed us because it didn't require any complaining from us. Quite how it should be. All in all the staff were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We would certainly visit again."
