The walk to Old Town area was farther than I thought, but I found a bus stop just outside of the hotel through the OBB mobile app that was fast. Weather permitting, go to the Untersberg and Zwölferhorn mountains (use the chairlift and funiculars). Boat trip from Sankt Gilgen to Sankt Wolfgang on the Wolfgangsee. Check out the Landestheater for reasonable priced tickets for plays etc. Great beer gardens - check Salzburg city website for lots of ideas. "
