"Lovely hotel a few bus stops from the station...Bus no 2. walkable, laundromat within walking distance and close enough to the river to walk along it in the evenings. Hotel room was great, clean and airy. Definitely recommend. We actually stayed for 3 extra nights and booked through the Salzburg Tourism board which included a 3 day Salzburg Card which allows free transportation on all trams, buses and regional trains and free entry to most museums, the furnicular, cable car to the Unterberg...

Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. Tried to call through the Hotels.com app- still didn’t work/not in service. After driving six hours to show up at your fairly expensive hotel to find it non-operational- very, very, very disappointing and incredibly frustrating! "

"Right on the Autobahn. Gas Pumps, McDonald's, convenience store, restaurant and hotel. Roll down storm shutters blocks out light and sound very well. Great shower, very hot water. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Clean, comfortable room. "

"Excellent too (river view 5th floor), very comfortable bed, shower, spacious. The only cons is that there is no water cattel for tea... This is a sub standard compared to all hotels in the area at this price range. (I stayed at dozens already). Indisnt have breakfast (extra 16 euros). Othwrwise highly recommended for comfort, as well as easy check in and out."

"Location is close to main train station and to the city. Location of hotel is beside a gas station and not so clean surroundings. Breakfast is nice and staff are helpful and nice. "

"This smaller hotel was ok. There are no elevators, so we wound up having to haul luggage up a couple of flights of curved stairs. We were close to bus stops, so getting into the city was no problem. There is a great cafe across the street. Otherwise, you have to pay $15 Euros per person for the hotel's breakfast buffet, and I don't think it is worth it!"

We needed to talk to someone urgent but the customer service does not pick up the call. Every time it took us six to seven calls to reach them. Otherwise it was good and couple of kilometers from the major tourist attractions. "
