"As my gf and I were in bed, males claiming to be housekeeping tried to enter twice saying they where delivering extra towels, which we did not ask for."

"Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Every staff interaction was positive. Room decor is a little tired. No fan in the bathroom. I specifically asked for housekeeping to come on our 3rd day to take out trash and refresh towels. I was assured they come daily (they hadn’t yet up to this point). When we returned at the end of the day, housekeeping has not come. Front desk person had someone come up promptly to take trash and give us new towels."
