This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

I liked mostly everything. Very clean, nice staff, a walking distance from a good place to eat with tasty food, 10 min away of the airport, very convenient shuttle ride at request. The only thing I did not like was the noise from some other clients that were above us. I guess they had children jumping around. It was hard for me to fall asleep until they went to sleep. But this could have happened in any other hotel. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! Though a tiny bit dated (with some recent upgrades) it exceeded expectations; especially the level of attention and care from the staff. When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.
