"Location is awesome, walking distance from the train station and a short stroll to the Royal Mile. We arrived early and were able to check in early. Staff were very helpful! They called a taxi for us to go to the airport and it was quick and easy. Room was comfortable."

"The view of the castle/monument/Old Town from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean and comfortable - a firm bed, but I slept well every night. The restaurant in the hotel was new and really wonderful as well. The location is so convenient for the trains/bus/trams/ etc. We will absolutely be back!"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were able to raise the head, allowing it to be converted into a couch. It was a nice feature! I liked that the hotel was outside of the busy center of town but was easily walkable to most of the touristy destinations. My only complaint would be they had a small fridge-like appliance that had stickers advising it is not for keeping food or medicine cold. In fact, it was not cold at all! In that case, I feel it would be better to have the rooms without these appliances! It just takes up un necessary space."

There were a few things that did not work as intended but nothing we couldn't work around. It was expensive for what you get, but you're paying for the location."
