"My stay was perfect until a female staff member charged me $50 when leaving because it was an hour over checkout was 12 noon. I had asked a male staff member the prior night before going to bed what would be the latest I could leave without being charged and he told me 1pm. I tried to explain this and the female staff was rude and didn’t listen. I have traveled to many countries/hotels and have never been charged $50 (euro) extra for one hour. Very disappointed!!!"
