"This was a perfectly located hotel to explore Porto. The staff was very nice, hotel was clean and smelled wonderful. Room was fairly spacious. I would totally stay here again if visiting Porto. Just note while parking is close by and affordable the garage is tight and a bit tricky to park, but manageable. "

"Great location across the st from the historic cathedral. Easy walk to all the sites and even to get across the bridge to port tastings. Front Desk person gave us directions and a map to all the best sites and restaurants.
Rooms are small, but typical for Europe."

Good location, within 5 minutes to the funicular up and down to the waterfront.
The walk down takes about 20 min to the waterfront. The funicular 4 euro leaves you 5 minute walk to hotel. "
