"It was a nice space in a good location. However, the listing is misleading. I wouldn’t exactly call it 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is its own room with a door. There is a common living area with a couch, sink, and kitchenette that also has a bed in it. This would have been nice to know as my group was expecting two separate bedrooms. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions and had to send multiple messages and call after my check-in time to figure out how to check in. "

"There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

"The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. "Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!"
