When I asked questions about things I didn't understand, they kindly explained them to me. It was clean and everything about the hotel was perfect. I'll say it again, the hotel staff are wonderful. "The hotel location is excellent and nice hotel indoors / outdoors. However, cleanliness is a concern. They don't clean the room and toilets very well. cups and glasses were left uncleaned almost every day of our stay. Water bottles were not provided, and tissue boxes were missing. The toilet floor was always sticky, and not cleaned. We felt most hotel staff are not well trained and sporting rude behavior. "
