The apartment was a great location, less than a 1 km walk to the Bussy-Saint-Georges RER Station and the amazing local boulangerie for breakfast! "I use the Jangle Hotel several times throughout a calendar year. May reason is due to very convenient location to CDG airport. There seems to be a great deal of employee turnover since me and my team never see the same staff members. But, 90% of the time, the staff is warm and welcoming. The property is starting to show a small amount of dating, but it is a good quality hotel especially is you are traveling in and out of CDG airport. The shuttle service is fairly reliable, but you need to follow hotel shuttle instructions line by line for correct pick-up location at CDG. Getting to CDG from hotel using shuttle is very easy. Was just at Jangle and will be back in two weeks. BTA Milwaukee, Wisconsin"

"A lovely hotel in a great location (very near the train stop and a shopping mall) with direct shuttle bus to the Disney parks. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight, but the staff were very helpful and got us into our room very quickly. Unfortunately we discovered that one of the double USB charging ports was broken, and the drain in the bath was blocked, but after reporting it first thing in the morning, we were very pleased to discover that both issues had been fixed by the time we returned from the parks that day, along with a box of chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience. The chocolates were a really lovely touch - completely unexpected, but goes to show that they want their customers to enjoy their time there. We had a family room with two double beds which was more than spacious enough for us - the bathroom has Rituals amenities too, which gave it that luxury touch. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - a huge selection, with something for everyone - my son was a huge fan of the pain au chocolats, they were delicious! Overall, a really nice hotel in a good location if you're visiting Disney, we would definitely return."

"This was a return visit to the Ki Space Hotel, and it once again exceeded our expectations. We stayed in our usual Deluxe Suite, which is incredibly spacious and features two bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, a balcony, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, and a hallway. The beds, premium bedding, air conditioning, and in-room amenities are all absolutely first-class. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, particularly the swimming pool, the Spa, and the relaxing robotic massage. A special shoutout goes to the Ki Space Hotel Honey—while it is pricey at €39 for a large jar, the quality is outstanding and well worth the money! Having stayed in most hotels around Disneyland Paris over the years, we can confidently say this one meets our needs the best. The staff are incredibly helpful, and we truly cannot fault a single thing. We are already looking forward to our next stay!"

"Fantastic value for money in an ideal location that's just ten minutes walk from the park. The staff are extremely helpful all the way from the maids to the receptionist. Plenty of amenities on site. The room is small but considering the whole day is spent on the park and in the village it was a good size to sleep in. We also got to see Woody on the final morning! We will be considering this Disney hotel again."

"A very nice and clean hotel with good facilities. The only comment is that the staff are a bit disorganized and seem to be all over the place. We left our luggage with them and upon collection, they wanted to give us an extra bag that belonged to someone else and my husband's bag was open but luckily nothing was taken. Just a note to be careful with the luggage."

"Fantastic Service and Price. The check in clerks were able to speak English and French effectively. The property is a very manageable walk to the park, AND is right next to a major shopping center with a train that goes right into Paris. If you are planning on making Disneyland part of your Paris adventure, I would heavily recommend this hotel for both Price and ease to get into the city. We did see a few silverfish during our week long stay, but that might be a bit inevitable. Overall very satisfied with our experience."
