"I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property.
I originally booked a two-night stay for $263; however, I was ultimately charged $362. When I returned to the front desk for clarification, I was told there was a $20 parking fee. This fee was not disclosed during booking, nor was it mentioned at check-in.
In addition to the unexpected charges, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, my child found a dirty sock on the floor, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. When I reported this to housekeeping, their response was dismissive and unprofessional.
There were also multiple maintenance issues. The toilet did not flush properly, and the air conditioning unit was not functioning. After contacting the front desk, maintenance was sent, but I was told the issue could not be fixed at that time. Instead, I was provided with a fan, which did not resolve the problem. Due to time constraints, I was unable to relocate to another hotel.
At checkout, I was informed that I would receive a reimbursement; however, I have not yet received any refund or follow-up communication.
Given the undisclosed fees, poor room conditions, and lack of resolution during my stay, I am requesting a prompt reimbursement. Please provide an update on the status of this refund at your earliest convenience.
