Really good staying

There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny...

very, very, nice place to stay. Breakfast top notch, cleanliness of facility and room was excellent ! Hot shower was perfect!!

Everything was good will be back next year again

I checked in at 2am in the morning and had to leave again four hours later for an event. The man who checked me into the hotel was Tony, and when I left later that morning he remembered and greeted me by name. I was very impressed.

Very comfortable.

The court yard and the front of the facility is big enough for our family gathering of about 40 people. The community is quiet with lot of green. The management is available and can be reached at any time. What is the thing we do not like? We do not know, we love everything and will be back again. Tks

Nice place. Absolutely loved the gym.

Multiple time visitor here. The cleanliness and excellent staff are always top notch

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.

The location was great. The place was quite and the food was great. I would love to stay at this location again. The bed was excellent it make you don't want to leave

We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

I did like everything. The staff was so nice, respectful and helpful… I recommend it full

Was surprised that trash was overflowing at the coffee bar at 11:40 at night and not picked up.

Stayed here on our last day of vacation since it was close to the Sanford airport. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. I took my family down the street to elev8 for some family fun. Not a far drive from New Smyrna beach which we also visited during our stay. Staff was so friendly & accommodating & our room was clean & comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back.

Everyone we came in contact with was incredible. Each went out of their to accommodate our request. Over the top.
