This property and service are superb. The only improvement I would suggest is that the shower water temperature often varies, with a sudden burst of very HOT water. It would be nice to be able to order room service,too. Thank you for a beautiful visit.

Bed is soft and slept well.

Staff members were very friendly and supportive, especially Kanie-San.

Great place to stay at. Stayed for two nights with breakfast included. Excellent choices and variety. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. The hotspring/spa area was the real highlight. It was a really good onsen.

Professional staff And good location

Had a great 10 day stay here, for the second time . Excellent hotel and staff. about a 7-8 minute walk to Sendai station. Tons of restaurants and shopping.

Room was clean. Staff were incredible! Couldn’t have asked for a better place right near the main station

The family loved the whole experience.

The Hotel Metropolitan Sendai (HMS) is immediately adjacent to the Sendai railway station. It may be a bit confusing to find. If you are arriving by train, use the West-Exit-JR, turn left and follow the sidewalk. The HMS is a classic upscale Japanese hotel. The staff is absolutely excellent, looking after your every need.
