"We had a very comfortable stay for 3 days. The staff was all helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed was firm and comfortable. But the reason I checked good for condition was water tap in my room was not firmly fixed properly."

"Extraordinary stay at one of the top hotels in Seoul. Service is above and beyond. Food is superb and the corner rooms have the most stunning view of the city. Everything is absolutely perfect.
