"This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit the Lancaster area. The room is always spotless, the adult section is quiet and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast made to order is delicious and there is always plenty of parking. The folks at the front desk are very accommodating and really friendly. A+++"

"We have visited this resort many times, and it is always a wonderful experience. There are so many unique room options, and the staff is consistently courteous and kind. The check-in staff, in particular, was great and very helpful. On this visit, we reserved the Barn Suite as a gathering place for our family, and it was fantastic. The space was filled with unique and thoughtful touches that truly captured an authentic country feel and made it a perfect spot for everyone to come together. The only minor issue occurred during check-in, when one staff member was a bit rude regarding a third-party reservation for two of our four rooms. Aside from that brief interaction, everything else was excellent. As VIP members, we are already looking forward to returning again soon."

"This hotel is in the middle of some major renovations but it is all for the best and it is not disruptive. The furniture, rugs, drapes, everything is new and has been refurnished. The staff was superb! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, polite and accommodating. The breakfast area was spotless and stocked so well. Again, the gentleman tasking the breakfast area was so courteous and kind especially when we were trying to leave early due to a major snow storm coming into the northeast. Well done to all! You all deserve a raise! "
