He went above and beyond and we were grateful. The house is quite old and needs a LOT of TLC. Hopefully remodeling and upgrading will be done. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. We had plenty of space and the location was great, close to shops, the Princeton campus and the canal path for runs and walks. We come to Princeton several times a year and will definitely seek to rent this unit again."
