"Very easy to get to from the train station and very central to shops and restaurants. The cathedral is just across the street. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Although the building is over 500 years old the rooms are roomy, nice and clean!! Loved this place!"

Just one little thing you could of put 2 small towels in the room instead of one and we could of had shower gel on the second night as we used it up the first night I didn’t spoil our weekend just thought I would point it out Thank up for our time with you"

"Staff was excellent and helpful. Room were nice and beds are comfy. Restaurant in the hotel, although we did not dine there. Several restaurants/take-aways within 5 minute drive and the also deliver. 15 minute drive to Stonehenge. Definitely worth staying there "

"This is a fantastic hotel. The location is as convenient as anywhere we have ever been. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and big. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Sitting out overlooking the river was a delightful experience and belied the fact that we were within a few hundred yards of the town. We could have been deep in beautiful countryside. We would and are recommending t to anyone"
