"Stayed here for one night since it was within a walking distance from Otaru Station, the canal and to the shopping and restaurant streets. Room was clean and spacious enough to open two large suitcases. Bottled water was not provided as tap water is drinkable. They have a open bath for guests, which I didn't use, but I used their coin laundry machines. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Otaru. "

"Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back. "

"We had planned to ski but changed plans due to weather. The location is perfect for ski season with the gondola attached to the hotel (it wasn’t up due to warmer weather) but everything in the hotel from the staff, dinner, breakfast was top notch. You didn’t really need to leave the hotel to do anything. "
