"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"조식이...진짜 개 쩔어요 the breakfast buffet here is reeeaaaallly fabulous. Please try at least once!!! 여행 많이 다녔는데 조식뷔페 이만한 데는 처음입니다. 숙박료도 저렴한데 2인 조식뷔페 포함 1박 7만원.... 중국 물가의 위엄을 다시 느껴요. 가격대비 시설도 매우 좋았고 한가지 아쉬운점은 피트니스센터가 닫혀있어서 사용을 못 했습니다. 그래도 좋았어요. 음식때문에 재방문 예정 ㅎㅎ"
