"The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby. The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting."

"First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia . "
